  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • During sales or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

🚚 Where We Ship

  • We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

💰 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Fees depend on your location, courier, and package size.

  • Any additional courier charges (such as remote area fees) will be shouldered by the customer.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Manila: 2–5 business days

  • Provincial Areas: 4–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.

📩 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation message once your order is on the way.

  • Tracking details will be provided when available so you can monitor your delivery.

🏠 Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

  • Aura Cycling Gear is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping fees may apply if a package is returned to us.

❌ Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, the package may be returned to us.

  • Additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.

📦 Lost or Damaged Orders

  • While delays are rare, Aura Cycling Gear is not responsible for courier-related delays.

  • If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or proof so we can assist you.

🌦 Unexpected Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions.
